Acceptable Use Policybeta
Effective June 13, 2026
Majick builds, deploys, and operates real apps on your behalf — and it is experimental beta software. To keep it safe for everyone, you agree to use it only for lawful, legitimate purposes, and you agree to the rules below. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can get your apps and account suspended or removed, with or without notice.
1. You are responsible for what you build
You are solely responsible for the apps, sites, content, and data you create, publish, or operate through Majick, and for ensuring they are legal in every jurisdiction where they run or are accessed. Majick is an automated tool; it does not vet your idea for legality, licensing, or compliance. If you’re not sure something is allowed, don’t build it here.
2. Don’t build or do anything illegal
No apps for, facilitating, or promoting anything unlawful — including the sale or trade of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods or data, counterfeit items, or other contraband; fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, or pyramid/Ponzi schemes; or the violation of any applicable law, regulation, or sanction.
3. No malware, hacking, or abuse of systems
Don’t use Majick to create or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code; to phish, harvest credentials, or impersonate others; to gain or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; to run denial-of-service attacks; or to bypass, probe, or disrupt the security of Majick, its infrastructure, or anyone else.
4. No harm to people
Don’t build anything that sexualizes minors (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities), that harasses, threatens, defames, doxxes, or incites violence or hatred against people, or that is designed to stalk, surveil, or endanger someone without their knowledge and consent.
5. No deception, spam, or rights violations
Don’t build scams, deceptive or impersonating sites, fake reviews, or tools whose purpose is to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. Don’t infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to use.
6. High-risk uses
Majick is beta and not designed or certified for high-risk or safety-critical uses — for example medical diagnosis or treatment, emergency or life-safety services, financial or legal advice relied on without professional review, or operating critical infrastructure. Don’t use it where a failure, error, or outage could lead to death, injury, or serious harm.
7. Handle others’ data responsibly
If your app collects personal or sensitive data from others, you are the controller of that data and responsible for handling it lawfully — including notice, consent, and security. Don’t collect more than you need, and don’t use Majick to process data you’re not permitted to.
8. Enforcement
We may review apps and accounts for compliance, and Stan (our build assistant) may decline to build something that appears to violate this Policy. We may remove content, suspend builds, or terminate accounts that breach it — and report unlawful activity to the authorities — at our discretion, to protect users and the Service. Use of Majick is at your own risk; see the disclaimers in our Terms.
9. Reporting & contact
